The Inspector

I have been in the construction/building industry since 1982. I owned a contruction company for 18 years prior to becoming a Home�Inspector. I have built homes from top to bottom and completed several remodels throughout the years. As I became older the "labor" part of construction became harder on my body. In 1999 I was offered the opportunity to learn more about home inspections and become a Home Inspector.

I have performed over 6000 home inspections since 1999. The experience and knowledge I have�gained over the years has made me a highly qualified and reliable Professional Licensed & Certified Home Inspector. I served on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Association of Home Inspectors from 2002 until March of 2010 and I�served as their�President from 2006 - 2009.�

I really enjoy inspecting and educating buyers and sellers�about homes. I always encourage participation during my inspections.�The inspection process will take approximately 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. I will provide you with information regarding the operation and maintenance of major elements of the home as you follow me throughout the inspection. I am always happy to answer all your questions and spend time discussing any concerns you may have. Even after the inspection, I am only a phone call away.
